ok well i resondly found out that i have bhen banned on mw3  Neutral 

so i used a unbanned code and i can connect/play now. however every time i get on my profile has hben reset. so i found out i need a new wii mac address so douse any one know exactly how to do this/change my mac address on the wii Question

You can't do it permanently besides editing every single ISO which you better don't.
