Step's

1. Open CMD
2. Type in command to force application to open Exp.
Code:
start chrome.exe

3. Enjoy.

Other Commonly Used Application Name's

Firefox: firefox.exe
Internet Explorer: iexplore.exe
Itunes: itunes.exe

You can also just type the name without extension and hit enter (but you need to be in the same directory as the exe you want to run). You could extend this tutorial quite a bit also by mentioning program arguments, changing directories and such. Smile

Seems tedious. Neutral I'd rather just click on the application. xD Also, it's called CMD not CMP.

Ya ik xD I thought I fixed that. Anyway my apps some times freeze so that's what I have to do to re open them sometimes.

It's not tedious, look:

This already started IE. xD

Note:
Any installed (!) program can be started using its name.

The cmd solution may be good for programs but if you're a user just search for the app name in the start menu and then click it.

Sorry, I used the wrong word(s). lol What I meant is that it's not really needed as you can just click on an application or like you said, search for it and press enter.
