So I wanted to do a long free for all match but I don't know how to use the modifier! I want the score limi to be 3000 instead of 1500? How does tha work guys?

Yes. ASCII numbers are represented as 3X where X is the decimal number. Easy to remember anyway:

30 = 0
31 = 1
...
39 = 9
