Like playable gametypes, like you know how there is Zombies on multiplayer or Aliens Vs Marines, or nuketown survival, I was wondering if someone could make a game type where you have to do Parkour and jump from thing to thing, that's be fun

Yes, it is Very possible for you to make one your self.  I advise you to look elsewhere though, Youtube/Google/Reddit.

Building it for Black Ops WII is not worth it since there isn't that many people as there use to be but you could try and build it your self. You would just have to use the spawn care packages and set the correct location. One problem will be maps as well because maps will have different co-ordinates. This could be an option in a mod menu idk but have fun trying to build it
