This is from the Japanese version of the game.

I can port it for you, but I need the RAM dumps. I've searched online in numerous places, including foreign forums, and cannot find the ISO for the Japan version. So, unless you or someone else can provide the RAM dump or ISO for that region of the game, I am sorry to say that I am unable to port it.
