[RMCE01 NTSC-U]Code for Selecting Items on the fly?

I wan't to know if there is a code for the NTSC-U(RMCE01) Version of MKW where you can easily choose what item you want on the fly, like the hackers use to go from EXAMPLE:
Dpad up = Bomb
Dpad down = Star
Dpad right = Blue Shell
Dpad left = Triple reds
1 = Lightning
2 = Bullet Bill
+ = POW Block

If there is already a code for this, Tell me it or If there is not, Please make one :)and if i need a Master activator
