Most, if not all of the codes I've converted have a 038+ line. 03 is the codetype for a 02 code that exceeds address 0x81000000. However, it is 038+, which there is no such thing as, since the maximum memory address is 817FFFFF.

So, my question is - What do I do with these 03 codes?
